Swimming is fantastic exercise for all ages more to it than just clocking up the lengths
It’s a great way for families to liven up the long summer school holidays.
Why not go down to your local pool and see what’s going on? Have a go on the exciting Jungle Adventure Slide at Richard Dunn Sports Centre or the 40-metre waterslide at The Leisure Centre, Keighley.
Alternatively, take advantage of the special Big Swim sessions being held at Sport and Leisure Service pools during the summer break.
