Bradford Council is throwing open the doors at its three Club Active gyms this Saturday (26 January).
The Sport and Leisure Service is inviting residents to its free open day at The Leisure Centre Keighley, Richard Dunn Sports Centre and Thornton Recreation Centre.
The first 50 visitors to each site will receive a free b active water bottle and t-shirt and everyone can enter a free draw to win a year's gym membership.
At The Leisure Centre Keighley, a Keighley Cougars Rugby League player will be on hand to share some tips on regular exercise and healthy eating and the Bradford Bulls will do the same at Richard Dunn Sports Centre.
Head of Sport and Leisure at Bradford Council, Steve Warner, said: "We have made significant investments in our sports centres and pools in recent years and our three main fitness facilities are now among the best in the district.
"Regular physical activity can have such a positive impact on your health and our range of membership options provide affordable opportunities for all residents to take part and be active.
"The open day is not only a great opportunity for people to come along to see and try out the great fitness facilities we have available but with the additional activities on offer there is something for the whole family."
As well as the Open Day the following family fund activities will take place throughout the day: body pump, studio cycling, Bodyvive, Shokk Gym, basketball, multi-sport, fitcraft, face painting, wet 'n wild swimming, beginners' cycling, bums 'n tums, 1,000 metre row challenge, health and nutrition advice, go karts, fun and fit kids, bouncy castle, swim and slide, body combat, fencing, climbing, and a bleep test session.
