DIVA - the community and voluntary organisations database for the Bradford District is a fully searchable website at www.divabradford.org.uk
Taking in the full breadth of the community and voluntary sector, from self help groups, charities, advice and community centres to leisure interest clubs and societies DIVA provides easy searching for individual groups as well as subject classifications that bring together lists of organisations sharing a common link.
Information Services, based in the Central Library is responsible for maintaining the data that is incorporated into the website. All groups listed are contacted regularly to ensure that the information held is up to date and accurate. DIVA is growing all the time, it’s already vast with organisations being added regularly, providing a comprehensive picture of community and voluntary activity across the District.
With organisations starting all the time, we also need to make sure we find out about new groups.
