Housing Benefit
If your tenant is finding it hard to afford the rent or has financial difficulties or their circumstances change, they may be able to claim certain benefits to help them manage, one of these being Housing Benefit.
They can get advice about which benefits they may be entitled to from the local Citizens Advice Bureau or Bradford Council Benefits Service.
