You need to include your SAWS or Simplified PADS documentation within your CPD portfolio.
SAWS and Simplified PADS are an important part of the Council's Performance Management process and is undertaken annually with your line manager.
In Children's Social Care and in most of Adult Services we use a social care version of the corporate appraisal document

In adult home care and residential services some staff will use the Simplified PADS - Simplified PADS Form
