Aims: To give front line managers an overview of how people react to organizational change, and to explore different ways of supporting staff through the process of change.
Learning objectives: The course is very interactive and gives you the opportunity to explore live work-based change issues.
In particular you will:
Examine where your service is in relation to the change process.
Develop a vision for where you want your service to get to.
Understand the emotional impact of change on staff and effects on performance.
Explore areas of key planning for change.
Explore different management styles to support people through change.
Define goals and actions to take back to your workplace.
