How to Induct Your Staff - Managers in Children's Services who Supervise, Support or Induct New Workers
Are you managing new workers and assessing them against the new Children's Induction Standards in Social Care? If so this course is for you?
Aimed at: This is a one day course for Bradford Social Care Managers who are, or will, support and/or supervise through the Children's Social Care Induction Standards.
This session will look at
- The induction standards and the role of the managers
- Assessing workers learning including online assessment
- Signing off the standards
- Examples of work (you will be required to bring examples of evidence collected, against a standard of your choice, with the name and the worker blanked out please) and begin basic moderation
