Induction - Children's Induction Standards - Online Assessment Tool

CIS - Assessment Online Induction Tool
As of 1st October 2006 the Common Induction Standards (CIS) for adult and children’s social care came into effect. Bradford Social are now using this modular suite of assessments to enable you to quickly and easily assess new and existing social care workers knowledge against the Common Induction Standards
The assessments are simple, user friendly and available via the internet, all you need is a web browser*.
Each completed assessment generates a report that can be used for induction planning and training needs analysis. The reports provide managers with a wealth of information that will ensure an effective induction, including development required to meet the Common Induction Standards.
