Children and Loss - Bereavement Awareness Training - Full Day
This course will provide an overview of issues facing bereaved children and to explore different ways of working with such children.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants to be provided with an awareness of bereavement models and to develop an understanding of issues affecting bereaved children and their families
- Participants to develop an understanding of the emotional impact of bereavement on children
- Participants to identify ways of supporting children and young people in their grief
Aimed At: This is a Bradford District wide Multi Agency Course for anyone working in Health, Services to Children and Young People, Education, Police, CAFCAS, Probation Services, Adult Services, Voluntary & Independant Sector.
