Common Assessment Framework (CAF) Practitioner Training

Course Overview:

The CAF (Common Assessment Framework) is a way of assessing the needs of vulnerable children, young people and their families early and to be able to identify appropriate service provision to stop concerns becoming a crisis.

This is a Multi-agency course and is aimed at any Practitioners working with Children and Young People

Learning Objectives:

  • How CAF will be used in Bradford
  • Using solution focused approaches with the CAF
  • Using the CAF form
  • Information Sharing and Consent
  • The role of the Lead Practitioner/Professional
  • Multi Agency working and developing a common language
  • Developing and implementing Integrated Processes and Practice
