Health, Well-being and Care

This course is split into 4 modules.

Module 1:- To work towards a shared model for Year 9 Transistion Review with partners using person-centred approaches and mind-mapping software.

Module 2:- To provide a practical understanding of the Transistion Pathway tool developed in the West Midlands and explore ways of applying it to the curriculam in Bradford.

Module 3:- To provide an overview of the issues and considerations for effective transistion into work based learning and share ideas on good practice.

Module 4:- TO provide an overview of the principles of effective communication for young people with learning disabilities and learning difficulties and an introduction to some communication tools available.
