Basic Food Hygiene - Face to Face Sessions
All food handlers must know their responsibilities under the law to prevent food poisoning and ensure food safety.
Aimed at: Bradford council staff in Adult Services and Services to Children and Young People whose job involves food handling or preparation.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the standard of hygiene required in all stages of food preparation, prevention of contamination and pest control.
- How to undertake risk assessment in this area and the individual and organisational responsibilities under the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995.
NB** Re-certification recommended every three years
