Basic Child Protection Law
This is a Bradford Safeguarding Children Board Course.
This will cover the Children Act 1989 and its amendments.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe the relevant provisions of the Children Act as amended.
- Share issues of confidentiality.
- Apply the law to child care scenarios.
Aimed at: Bradford Safeguarding Children Board members who have little or no knowledge around working with children or are in need of a refresher.
