Basic Child Protection Law

This is a Bradford Safeguarding Children Board Course.

This will cover the Children Act 1989 and its amendments.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the relevant provisions of the Children Act as amended.
  • Share issues of confidentiality.
  • Apply the law to child care scenarios.

Aimed at: Bradford Safeguarding Children Board members who have little or no knowledge around working with children or are in need of a refresher.

Tuesday 24th March 2009 @ New Mill

Time: 9.30 – 4.30

If you are from another BSCB member agency please contact your training rep or contact Bradford Safeguarding Children Board for more information The BSCB welcomes participants from Agencies or Organisations who are not part of the BSCB but there may be a charge of £50 for attending the course. 01274 43 2912
