* Improve your presentation skills
* Facilititate groups effectively
* Construct powerful workshop designs and evaluate their effectiveness
Approaches:
* The workshop is a learning lab, with leader and participants learning from each other and their experiences
* The reflective practice of leader and participants will be central
* Participants will bring real projects to the course for development
* The focus will be on learning from performances and feedback
