The Department continues to support staff to achieve the relevant qualifications for their posts in line with National Minimum care Standards.
If through appraisal you and your manager have agreed that the qualification you seek is relevant to your post and the needs of the service, please feel free to apply. Decisions on who is supported will be dependent on departmental priorities.
Some of the qualifications and awards identified here are delivered in house, via the joint Bradford NVQ Assessment centre and others are commissioned from external providers.
