This course is aimed at staff who have already completed the full Recruitment & Selection course, and who wish to update their skills and knowledge with current legislation and best practice.
This one day course will refresh your knowledge of legislation and the HR process, giving you the confidence to successfully recruit the ideal candidate.
Aimed at: BMDC Staff in Adult Services and Services to Children and Young People who are involved in the recruitment process.
