Project Management - Fundamentals
Aims: This 2 day course will give you an introduction to basics of project management
Learning Objectives:
- You will be introduced to a pragmatic set of tools and techniques that will be instantly effective in the day to day management of your projects including planning, delivery and evaluation.
- You will learn how to run more efficient projects, requiring less management time and ensuring more control.
- You will become familiar with the underpinning PRINCE 2 methodology.
Target Staff: Managers in Social Care in Bradford whose role includes some management of projects.
N.B: Staff in 'Project Manager' posts should consider the full PRINCE 2 qualification.
