Minute Taking Skills

Due to popular demand further dates arranged!

This course has been designed to enable delegates to understand
and practise the skills needed for preparing accurate and effective
minutes of meetings, conferences or presentations.

Objectives:

This course will show delegates how to develop an appreciation
of the importance of preparing for meetings, practise improving
listening skills, gain an understanding of what needs to
be recorded, practise taking down notes and looking at how to
produce the final document.

Available to: Staff from Adult Services and Services to Children and Young People (Bradford) who are required to take minutes as part of their role e.g PA's Admin Support, Social Workers etc.
