Introduction to Care Management
A basic introduction to the principles of the Care Management in Bradford Adult Services.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the political and legislative context for assessment and care management.
- Be able to work collaboratively with health and other agencies.
- Respond in a culturally sensitive way to the needs of service users and their families.
Aimed at: Adult Services Social Care employed staff only - New staff in Care Management i.e. Social Workers and Community Care Officers, OT’s and OTA’s
Dates: This is a 2 day course.
