Feeling under pressure? Recognise any of these signs – lack of energy, headaches, muscle tension, feeling tired, irritable? Then why not come along to this short workshop. Learn some simple strategies to help manage the pressures.

Diet and Exercise for Health Living

Understand the elements that make up a healthy diet and how to positively manage your weight. Want to start exercising but don’t know where to start? Learn about the important elements of exercise and how to build your own exercise plan.

The Art of Relaxation

An introduction to the art of relaxation. Learn some simple relaxation techniques to help manage the stress response. Practical session included (bring a cushion or a blanket!)

Women’s Health – The Essentials!

Confused by the mass of information and media hype? This workshop examines the key issues relating to women’s health whatever your age and offers a variety of practical strategies for good health now and in the future. Specific reference to breast and ovarian cancer, osteoporosis and menopause/pmt.
