This consultation report is the second on the Children and Young People's Plan.
The first consultation on the draft Children and Young People's Plan asked you for your views on the vision for services for children and young people in the district and the priorities for improvement on which the Plan should focus. The deadline for responses for the first consultation is 22 December 2005.
This second consultation document asks you for your views on how the Council and all the key partners should work together on these priorities, to achieve improved outcomes for children and young people. The report sets out recommendations for the governance and infrastructure of local Children's Trust arrangements.
Responses to this consultation are welcome from both organisations and individuals. We are particularly encouraging young people to participate in the consultation and would encourage you to capture their views in your response where possible.
