How does mediation work?
A mediator will listen to your concerns and find out what is really important to you. You will work with the mediator to determine the best course of action. These conversations are strictly confidential.
If you like, the mediator will contact the other people involved in the SEN dispute.
If appropriate, the mediator will schedule a joint meeting at a safe location where everyone involved can work together to resolve the issues.
The mediator will help you to come to an agreement that works for everyone, and has your child's best interest at heart.
If your child suffers as a result of a SEN dispute, please call us.
