Payments by telephone
There are currently two methods of payment that you can arrange over the telephone:
Direct Debit
You will need to have the following details to hand when calling (your cheque book contains all the bank details that you require):
Council Tax Reference number or Business Rates Reference number
Bank or Building Society name
Account Number
Sort Code
Branch Address

You can also set up your Direct Debit payments for Council Tax and Business Rates over the internet.
Debit Card Payments
We only accept Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa and Delta Debit card payments.
You will need to have the following details to hand when calling:

Your Debit Card Details
