Direct Debit Instruction - On-line set up instructions to allow you to pay by Direct Debit - the easiest way to make payment. You can also view further information on paying by Direct Debit.

Debit Card Payments (Switch/Solo/Delta) - We are happy to receive Switch, Solo, Visa and Delta Debit Card payments over the Internet.

Request for a Copy Bill - If you require a copy of your Sundry Debts or Miscellaneous Invoices, please complete this form and the copy bill will be sent to you by post.

Disputes Form - If you disagree with the invoice you have been sent, we can be contacted to discuss why you think it is wrong. You can also view further information on Disputes.
