Waste Management Online Forms

When is my domestic refuse collected?When is my domestic refuse collected? - you can use this form to find what day your domestic refuse is collected by entering your postcode or street name.
Missed Collection Missed Collection - you can use this form to report or enquire about a missed domestic refuse or recycling collection.
Bulk Collection Bulk Collection - you can use this form to request collection of bulky items (please see the bulk collection policy as restrictions apply).
TV and Monitor Collection Request Form TV and Monitor Collection Request Form - you can use this form to request collection of a TV or Monitor only.
Problems on Highways and Streets Problems on Highways and Streets - you can use this form to report any of the following:

Please ensure one form is used for one issue – for prompt and efficient service, where there are multiple issues or issues on different streets, please report each issue on a separate form.

  • Fly Tipping – report illegal dumping of waste
  • Graffiti – racist/obscene material will be removed as a higher priority
  • Litter picking or street sweeping
  • Public litter bins which require emptying
  • Green bags (i.e. from street sweeping or emptied litter bins) which have not been collected
  • Dog fouling which requires cleaning
  • Grass and grass verges which require cutting / trimming
  • Overhanging public trees (i.e. not within the boundary of a private property) which require pruning
  • Weed removal from a highway or footpath
Bradford Graffiti Charter Membership Form Bradford Graffiti Charter Membership Form - Organisations that become members of the charter will qualify for a 10% reduction in graffiti removal costs if they use Bradford Council’s graffiti removal service.
