Information you supply using this form will only be used for the purpose/s stated on the form.
Whilst the Civic Affairs office is pleased to receive invitations for the Lord Mayor via the internet, it must be pointed out however that your request is by no means a guarantee of the Lord Mayor's attendance at any event.
When your invitation is received it is then processed into the diary system and subsequently discussed with the Lord Mayor. You will then be contacted as soon as possible and advised accordingly.
Please note that it is not possible to consider invitations without a minimum of seven clear working days' notice.
