Our Commitment
Bradford Council takes comments, complaints and compliments seriously and we are committed to learning from the complaints we receive, and making changes to systems and procedures in order to prevent similar problems from happening again.
How do I make a comment / complaint / compliment?
If you would like to make a compliment or complaint about the service you have received from us, please follow the link below and complete the form online. Please provide your full contact details so we can get back to you. In the comments section please include full details of your compliment or complaint.
Please remember that this is just one of many ways you can make a compliment or complaint. You can also make a compliment or a complaint by telephone, by letter, on a Contact us paper form or by speaking to a member of staff. A complaint will be investigated in accordance with the Council's complaints procedure.
What if the complaint is about housing or education?
Bradford Council does not have sole responsibility for the provision of Housing transferred to BCHT or the Education Service. In order to make a complaint about any of these services please contact the service provider directly.
What if the comment, complaint or compliment is about Social Care (formerly Social Services)?
There is a separate complaints procedure for Bradford Social Care, so please complete the specific Social Care Compliments and Complaints Form.
What if the complaint is about an elected member?
