What are assisted collections?
A black sack collection service for household waste.
Who are assisted collections for?
Anyone who cannot move a wheeled bin and has no one to help them. This could be because you are disabled, elderly or because you live in a very hilly street.
How do I get an assisted collection service?
Call the Council Contact Centre on 01274 431000 or contact us now, and we will arrange for someone to visit you to see how we can help.
After the visit and assuming we agree you cannot move your wheeled bin, we will tell our bin men to collect a black sack from your house instead.
