View planning applications

You can view details of all planning applications submitted to the Council on our online planning system.

Please note that by using our online planning system, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

You should be able to view documents for all applications submitted after 1 January 1997. This includes a copy of the application form, plans, supporting information, decision notice and S106 agreement (where relevant). On applications where a decision has been made, only drawings and decision notice will be available.

Many applications submitted before this date will also have documents available on our online planning system.

Please note that for data protection reasons not all documents associated with a planning file may be made available to view via our online planning system.

If you wish to inspect documents from the planning officer's file, we require 48 hours' notice as current files are working documents and may be in use by the case officer on site visits or in meetings elsewhere.

Viewing Historical Files

Application files submitted prior to 1 January 1997 are held on microfiche and can be viewed on request.
