Statement of Community Involvement
The Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) is the Council’s statement on how the local community, stakeholders and other interested parties will be consulted on:
- The portfolio of documents that make up the Local Development Framework.
- All planning applications
Executive on the 22nd April 2008 and Full Council on the 8th July 2008 have approved the SCI as Council Policy. A copy of the SCI and accompanying Adoption Statement can be viewed using the links below.
An Inspector's Report was received in January 2008; the recommendations within this Report are binding upon the Council and have been incorporated into the final document as approved by Full Council on the 8th July 2008. A copy of the Inspector's Report and accompanying letter from the Planning Inspectorate can also be viewed using the links below.
