Land Allocations DPD
The Land Allocations DPD will identify sites proposed to be developed for housing, employment, safeguarded land and also existing and proposed sites for open space, sports, recreation and built recreational facilities in order to meet the vision and objectives of the Core Strategy.
It will set out policies for the development of such sites and phasing policies as appropriate. It will also identify safeguarded land to meet long-term development needs and ensure a long-term green belt.
