The Householder SPD will replace both the existing House Extensions Policy and the Dormer Windows Policy. This document will provide design guidance on how common types of householder developments can be carried out in accordance with the relevant local planning policies. These policies are set out in the Replacement UDP and include saved Policies: UDP3, UDP8, UR3, D1, D2, TM12, TM19A, BH4, GB5, NE4, NE5, NE6, NE10, NR12, NR13, NR15B and NR16.
