Affordable Housing Economic Viability Assessment (AHEVA) (2011)

The purpose of the AHEVA is to provide a robust evidence base for determining appropriate and justifiable affordable housing targets in the LDF.

As required under PPS3, affordable housing targets must be subject to an assessment of viability. The AHEVA provides recommendations on the viability of the proportion of affordable housing, site thresholds and tenure splits in different locations and on a range of different site types across the district.

The AHEVA was completed in October 2010.
