We offer expertise in landscape planning, specifically landscape and visual assessment and landscape design.

The service we offer would include:

• Liaison with planning officers on landscape and visual issues
• Preparation of planning applications and other documentation necessary to accompany planning applications
• Acting as expert witness at planning inquiries and appeals

We also have considerable experience of landscape assessment work in a range of both rural and urban locations.
A particular success is our landscape character study of the Bradford District which has been adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document by the Council to inform development.
