Baildon and Baildon Station Road Conservation Area Assessment
The Baildon and Baildon Station Road Conservation Area Assessment contains a detailed analysis of the character of the conservation area and describes its special character and interest. The document and the revised conservation area boundaries were approved by Shipley Area Committee on 7th December 2005.
Baildon Conservation Area Appraisal
The Baildon Conservation Area Appraisal was undertaken in December 2009. The Appraisal is a means of updating the original assessment and is carried out every five years. The Appraisal considers authenticity, changes that have taken place, opportunities and threats to the Conservation Area. It also maps the key characteristics of the area and contains Management Proposals. Any changes that affect the designation of the Conservation Area will be reported to the relevant committee.
