Week 2 - Soup

Basic Soup (Choice of) Leek & Potato, Tomato Soup, Lentil & Spinach, Pea & Mint, Superb Squash, Minestrone

Week 3 - Chicken

(Choice of) Chicken Fajitas, Posh Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Ceasar Salad, Chicken Noodle Soup

Week 4 - Meat

(Choice of) Meatballs with Quick Tomato Sauce, Cracking Burger with various toppings, Chilli Con Jamie, Keema Curry

Week 5 - Pasta

(Choice of) Farfalle with Carbonara Sauce, Mini Shells with Pea & Mint, Tagliatelle with Tomato Sauce, Jools favourite Tasty Tuna Pasta with Fresh Basil, Spinach & Ricotta Orecchetti

Week 6 - Fish

(Choice of) Salmon Tikka with Cucumber Yogurt, Moroccan Fish Stew with Cous Cous, Teryiaki Glazed Salmon with Brilliant Broccoli

Week 7 - Veggie

(Choice of) Vegetable Chilli with Fluffy Rice, Vegetable Jalfrezi, Tomato & Basil OR Pea & Herb with Dressed Green Veg, Vegetable & Spinach Chickpea Curry

Week 8 - Pizza

Basic Pizza Dough with Tomato Sauce - Traditional or Calzone

Week 9 - Baking

(Choice of) Butternut Squash Muffins, Tea Cup Cakes or Stewed Fruit.

Week 10

Traditional Roast Chicken with Seasonal Vegetables
