Week 1– Introduction to the Centre
Induction to the Food Centre; complete relevant forms;
Eggs, Poached, Omelettes.
Week 2 – Chicken - Learn Knife Skills
Posh Chicken served with Lemony Greens / salad
or Chicken Fajitas served with guacamole and salsa.
Week 3 – Soup
Seasonal Soup
Soup Ideas Leek & Potato, Tomato Soup, Lentil & Spinach,
Pea & Mint, Superb Squash, Minestrone,
Staff demonstration how to Jamie up your soup.
Week 4 – Meat
Meat Balls with Quick Tomato Sauce, and Chopped Salad or
Cracking Burgers with various toppings.
Week 5 – Fish
Moroccan Fish Stew with Lemon Cous Cous, or
Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with a Great Stir-fry.
Week 6 – Vegi
Vegetable Chilli with Brown Rice or
Tomato & Basil or Pea and Herb Risotto.
Week 7 – Pizza
Basic Pizza Dough with Tomato Sauce - Traditional or Calzone
Tomato Evolution Salad with Jam Jar Dressing.
Week 8– Treat Week
Fruit Scones or
Stewed Fruit Crumble.
Week 9
2 hour Optional Advanced Class at an enhanced rate, date to be confirmed
Week 10
