‘Minding the Gap’ is the local government regional capacity building programme (health inequalities), for Yorkshire and the Humber. It operates through a regional health collaborative supported by local and national partner agencies.

The programme is hosted by the City of Bradford MDC, with funding from the Department of Health and the Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership.
