Studio Cycling*

The ultimate workout! It is simple, fun and effective. A great calorie burner, it will improve your heart and lung efficiency and is great for toning your butt and thighs. Please book at reception. This session is suitable for all abilities! Sessions last between 45 to 60 minutes.

Join Janet every Thursday morning for a no-nonsense workout that gets results. The ultimate workout! It is simple, fun and effective. Aerobic Dance*

This is a Latin influenced aerobic class with cutting edge music and routines, to suit all abilities.

Circuit Training (Sundays)*

For men and women. It is safe effective and multilevel, promoting stamina, strength and endurance. With the use of exertubes, free weights and cardio vascular moves.

Aquacises (for women)*

This is an energetic water based exercise session followed by a soothing swim.

Yoga for Fitness*

Tones up the entire body, lengthens, strengthens, and improves flexibility, core stability, stamina and balance.

Step*

A cutting edge high energy mixed impact workout! Classes range between 45 – 60 minutes

Zumba
The Latin inspired easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness party. £5.00 per class for non members or £3.65 per class direct debit members.

Extend

Extend is an exercise class to music for the over 60`s and less able people of all ages! A seated/chair supported class incorporating exercises for mobility, strength, stretch, co-ordination, balance and core stability. Tea & coffee available.

Over 50’s Sports Morning

This session includes Badminton, Keep Fit, Bums ‘n’ Tums, stretch & relaxation influenced by yoga, Indoor bowls, Squash, Sauna, Swimming, Clubactive & more. Tea and Coffee available.

Back to Netball

Re-learn and develop the skills and drills of netball, play games in a friendly social atmosphere

Therapy Yoga Class - Iyengar Method

Therapeutic Iyengar Yoga class for those who would find it difficult to cope in an ordinary yoga class. Yoga can be helpful in managing many medical conditions (e.g back, hip, knee or shoulder problems. MS, Parkinson’s, ME etc) and may relive symptoms. High instructor to student ratio – lots of help.

Warm up to music, circuit for all abilities, Relaxation to finish! £3.70 per session.

£5.25 per person or £3.95 for All Inclusive Clubactive Members
