You’ll find all the equipment you need to stay healthy including treadmills and weights, bikes and bench press machines. At your first visit, which you’ll need to book, we’ll give you an interactive workout programme designed to suit your fitness level and help you whenever you want us to.
We have a range of memberships available as well as rates for organised groups.

I Zone
Our interactive zone, izone for short! This space has a range of interactive equipment that will exercise you while you play. We have interactive bikes - the XBi bike which is Playstation® compatible, interactive floor and wall mats, cyber coach and more.
The izone has equipment suitable for all abilities, age range from 8 to 15 years and is open 7 days per week.
Cybercoach
Experience a variety of dance and fitness based activities as a virtual instructor guides you through thousands of different classes including cheerleading, Bollywood, combat, salsa, aerobics and many more!
Active Wall & Floor
Improve your fitness whilst enjoying a fantastic gaming experience, with 7ft high video screens and the latest hi-tech sound equipment. There's loads of different games and music to choose from to test both your mental and physical abilities.
Trixter Bikes
Feel real gears, brakes, handlebars, pedal, cranks and seat sensors enable each move you make to be accurately portrayed. The bikes' resistance accurately depicts the terrain gradients, track surfaces and conditions. You can also bring your own PS2 racing games to use!
Wii Fit Systems
An immersive, expansive active-play game that's easy to play but comes with levels that are sure to challenge even the most experienced gamers!
Concept Rowers
Simply the world's most popular rowing machine! Why not race each other on the big screen. There's also the fish game! Why not rack up as many points as you can by eating the nutritious fish while avoiding the large, toothy beasts that will send your points value plummeting to the ocean floor.
Music and TV
IZone has a music system and television installed with lounge-around bean bags so you can listen and watch your favourite dance music channels.
