Incommunities
Incommunities was established in February 2003 following the transfer of housing stock from Bradford Council. They provide affordable, high quality homes, principally for rent in neighbourhoods across the Bradford District. currently manage around 21,300 homes and have almost 1,000 leasehold properties.
Bradford Council has contracted out its housing options and homelessness functions to Incommunities. They act for the council, seeking to ensure that those seeking accommodation are provided with the options available to enable them to make an informed choice.
It also ensures that statutory services to the homeless are provided appropriately and advice is available from a range of outlets.
