Bradford Landlords occasionally meet to discuss property matters between themselves and with representatives from the Council Departments for example the Revenues and Benefits Service (for Local Housing Allowance issues), and obtain up to date news on current developments within the private rented sector. There are also independent national Landlords’ organisations, the members of these organisations can receive benefits such as telephone support, members magazines, training courses, free advertising and tenancy agreements for tenants and discount schemes.
