Best BD Homes is a Government backed accreditation scheme for private landlords in Bradford. It was set up to provide support to Landlords and help raise the quality of and confidence in the private rented sector in Bradford.

It aims to provide recognition for good standards of property and tenancy management by giving responsible landlords incentives, discounts and a market advantage.

There are 2 levels of membership, Bronze and Silver. Bronze is the entry level and Silver the next level which requires a greater commitment from the landlord in terms of tenancy management and property standard and which is intended to reflect a higher standard of property.

The good news is that it costs nothing to join, it's absolutely free!
