Equality and Diversity - e-Learning
Ask the question 'what is Equality and Diversity' and you will get a number of different answers. People are often wary of dealing with equality and diversity issues because they fear they may say the wrong thing. This module has been developed to help make things a little clearer for you.
Upon completion of this module you should be able to:
- Explain what is meant by Equality and Diversity
- Understand how the law impacts on Equality and Diversity
- Explain what needs to be done
- Promote best practice within the organisation
To gain access to the e-learning you will require a username and password which will be issued by Workforce Development. You need to seek the permission of your line manager before requesting access to this training.
The package can be accessed via any computer that has broadband internet access. You can dip in and out of the modules and your progress will be saved by the system. Upon full completion of the training you will be prompted to print a certificate. Workforce Development will monitor completions.
