- To understand the purpose of case recording and what records should contain.
- To practice your recording skills.
- To be able to differentiate between what is fact and what is opinion when writing case records and reports.
Aimed at: Bradford Services to Children and Young People - Social Care staff who are involved in case recording e.g. Residential and Social Work staff
