To increase your awareness of the complex issues involved in Domestic Abuse and the effects upon adults who experience it.
Learning Objectives:
- Have a greater awareness and empathy of the diversity and effects of Domestic Abuse.
- Be able to recognise the stages of grooming and control mechanisms that are utilized by abusers.
- Have a broader awareness of the issues that prevent abused people from leaving abusers.
Aimed at: Health, SS, Education, Voluntary, Independent and private sector. (Multi-agency Training)
