This course is aimed at all those who, as part of their role, will be involved in Chairing or sitting on a Recruitment Panel.

The two day workshop takes you through the process from identifying a vacancy through to selecting the ideal candidate and considers employment legislation, best practice and gives you professional techniques to apply to the recruitment and selection process.

Available to: Bradford MDC Staff in Adult & Community Services and Services to Children & Young People.
