How to deliver the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) resource pack within a youth work setting. A practical toolkit to aid supporting LGBT youth work which can be used by itself or serve as a foundation resource to build upon.

Aimed at: Youth Workers within both statutory and voluntary sector organisations, Professionals within the Department of Children & Young People’s Services and Youth Work Practitioner.

Learning Objectives:

Introduction and implementation of the LGBT Resource Pack
Understanding the needs and youth work methods of engaging and working with LGBT young people
Supporting service delivery of the four cornerstones of Youth Work, Every Child Matters Framework, the Youth Work Curriculum and the Children’s & Young People’s Plan
