IT - Email Etiquette

Learn the dos and don’ts of writing emails and lots of tips that will cut down on the amount of time you are spending on email. Learn ways of storing your emails so you can quickly find them.

The course briefly comprises:

  • What are the etiquette rules?
  • Learn the proper structure & layout for your emails
  • Improve the quality of writing emails
  • The best practises to remember
  • Find your emails FAST with CAST
  • Insert links to documents
  • Set word as your default editor
  • Add commonly used text into emails
  • Compress files

Available to staff in: Adult & Community Services and Services to Children & Young People.
