Health and Safety

All new staff should receive essential Health and Safety training as part of their induction and subsequent learning and development.

Managers have a responsibility to undertake Health and Safety and Stress risk assessments annually for the workplace, and to ensure the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of their staff. This includes Health and Safety training for staff and recording completion of all induction, risk assessments and staff training.
